Thank you for your interest in joining WNYHOA! Our application process is a two step process. You must first complete and submit the WNYHOA electronic application form. Upon registering, you must then attend a WNYHOA Member Meeting and attend a new member skate.

If you are a first time official or returning official, you will be required to register
with USA Hockey on their website at www.usahockey.com. If you are not registered with USA Hockey then you will not be eligible to officiate any games.
